How to become an Exhibitor
The Washburn County Fair requires all Youth Exhibitors to be a part of a 4-H Club, FFA, School, or other youth organization.
Any person can become an Open Class exhibitor as long as they fill out the proper forms by the proper due date and abide by all rules and regulations of the projects they intend to exhibit.
Online Entries
Online Entries are completed at an external website that is linked by the button below. Registration will open April 1, 2026 and all entries (Youth and Open Class) are due by July 7, 2026.
Open class is open to all ages; however, children can only enter under youth OR open class, not both. Open class judging is not separated by age.
*ONLINE ENTRIES WILL NOT BE ABLE TO BE ENTERED AFTER 11:59 PM ON 07/07/2026.
